Rising Stars Program K - Gr. 4 - Thursdays
This program is all about skill development and learning game play. The first 40 minutes will be all skill based with the remaining 20 minutes for game play. The girls will be introduced to the full rules of the game, and learning new skills - ball handling, rebounding, defense, basic game play, etc..This basketball environment is all about having fun and growing as a player in an encouraging environment!
Date & Time: Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm
Location: Chartwell School
Grade 5-7 Shooting & Skils - Tuesdays
This program is all about shooting and Game Play . The girls will be introduced to the full rules of the game, and learning new skills - ball handling, rebounding, defense, basic game play, etc. This basketball environment is all about having fun and growing as a player in an encouraging environment!
Date & Time: Tuesdays 5:30-7:00pm
Location: Chartwell School
High School Prep - Skills and Games Tuesdays
This program is all about getting the girls ready for their school seasons. This training day will focus on all aspects of the games, improving the girls skills and understanding ball movement in a fun and competitive environment .
Date & Time: Tuesdays 7:00-8:30pm
Location: TBC
Gr. 6-9 - Skills Training & Competing Thursdays
This program is all about skills training and getting reps in real game situations. This training day will focus on all aspects of the games, improving the girls skills in a fun and competitive environment .
