Rising Stars Program K - Gr. 4 - Thursdays
This program is all about skill development and learning game play. The first 40 minutes will be all skill based with the remaining 20 minutes for game play. The girls will be introduced to the full rules of the game, and learning new skills - ball handling, rebounding, defense, basic game play, etc..
This basketball environment is all about having fun and growing as a player in an encouraging environment!

Grade 5-7 Shooting & Skills - Thursdays
This program is all about shooting and Game Play. This basketball environment is all about having fun, growing as a player and learning new skills in an encouraging environment!

High School - Skills & Game Concepts - Thursdays
This program is for high school players who want to grow their skills, game concepts and game play. We will look to set up additional exhibition games and team events.
Date & Time: Thursdays 7:30pm-9:00pm
Location: Sentinel School
